Guest Policies
We strive to provide excellent service for you and all of our guests. In order to do so, ask that you respect your stylist's time, as well as expertise. We request that you give notice no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in the event that you cannot make it. If a guest misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a guest is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as a "Late" appointment, and the appointment may be rescheduled.
FIRST TIME GUESTS
New guests must put a credit card on file when booking their first appointment.
New guests who no-show their appointment will be charged up to 100% for the service(s) requested.
EXISTING GUESTS
A credit card will be required at the time of booking, and up to 100% of the scheduled services will be charged if guest has done any of the following:
More than 10 minutes late to appointment.
No-show appointment.
Cancel appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
We reserve the right to a 50% deposit, or up to 100% service charge, should any guest have previously no-showed their appointment(s).
ALL GUESTS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason other than discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
We may require guest(s) to sign a waiver before performing services.
Adjustment and re-do services will only be considered within 7 days of originally service date.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Minor guests under the age of 18 must have guardian present during consultation and/or service.
PAYMENT POLICY
At Elle Salon, we are committed to offering a variety of convenient payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. In order to help us keep our prices competitive and to cover the additional fees that credit card companies charge, a 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide the best services to our clients. If you prefer to avoid the surcharge, please feel free to use debit cards, cash, or checks.
